Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch goods within five working days of receiving the order, although we ask you to allow 28 days.
If you require goods by a certain date, please indicate this on your order form and we will do our best to ensure you are not disappointed.
Postage & Packaging
Packing and carriage is charged at £5.00
Where the order exceeds £50.00 postage will be free. and is automatically deducted at checkout.
If any order or part order is returned for any reason a full refund will be given.
However the postage charge will become applicable if the order value is less than £50.00
Returns
All items returned must be in the original packaging & unused. Buyer to be responsible for the safe return of items.
Return postal charges to be met by the buyer including return of featured product (see below).
Featured Item
The featured item is offered postage free. It must be purchased separately for the offer to apply. The discount is not applicable in the purchase of other items unless the total value of the order reaches £50 or over. If the order is over £50 the code becomes void as postage is automatically free. Any additional items required must be purchased as a separate order.
Terms
All artefacts are sold subject to availability.
Whilst we endeavour to supply goods as described it is sometimes necessary for us to substitute items.
Damaged goods and shortages
If there is a problem with any of the items you have ordered please notify us immediately and no later than seven days after receipt of your order.
Please note: Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement.
Remittances
Payment may be made by paypal, debit or credit card via Google check-out, cheque, postal order or by credit transfer.
Cheques and postal orders to be received within one week of purchase.
Order will automatically be voided after 10 days if payment is not made.
Goods remain the property of Artefacts to Order until they are paid for in full.
Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.
Please advise if you require full VAT invoice with your order.
Official orders
We offer instant credit to Government funded organisations provided their order has a contact name, telephone number and an official order number.
Orders may be placed via the website, by post, fax or telephone.
Invoices will be sent when goods are dispatched.
Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice
